Everyone Needs a Companion

Lily, a 6-year old Great Dane lost her eyesight and had to have her eyes taken out when she was 2 due to an illness and as a result, went into a depressive state until her friend Maddison came along.

Maddison would hang about close to Lily whenever they venture out or just walk, helping to guide her by touching his body against hers to let her know the way and his being there. Lily and Maddison have such a strong bond, they won’t go anywhere without each other.

Lily has developed much affection for Maddison and he has been close to her through life since then for 5 years and they have never left each other’s side.
